We recently purchased this item. Although they pack additional glasses realizing that some may break in shipping, it wasn't enough. We installed the fixture thinking they would be able to ship us the replacement glasses. Instead they wanted us to ship the entire fixture back! Why they would want to pay for the additional shipping is instane to me! Shipping it back was not an option since our electrician had already installed. We were forced to take an allowance instead. Unfortunately we are unable to locate the right size to replace. So frustrating! The fixture itself is very cool and the quality is pretty good. Just not happy with the shipping issue and lack of customer service to replace the broken stemware.

I had purchased the ceiling mount light, in this style, for my front entrance and then found the wall lanterns on Amazon. They were tricky to install because we had to run the electricity to both sides of our garage, but the actual installation of the fixture was relatively easy. I'm very happy with both the look and quality of this product and would recommend it. The only down side is that it uses somewhat expensive bulbs (the two prong fluorescent), I suggest purchasing the adapters that will accommodate a regular fluorescent bulb.
