First, the good; it's a tough, all metal, American made product. Also, the optional combo lock is fairly well done. Now, the bad; for the 07-12 Yukon/Tahoe, it wastes a lot of space, and blocks an electrical outlet. I can look past that though. What I can't look past are the poor instructions, the "extra" part that appears to be thrown in for no reason, and the fact that the included longer mounting screws that you have to use, don't even fit the threads in the Yukon space. Seriously, for this much money, I would have assumed that the'd give you the right screws.
