We've had this gate for over a year now. The husband's a handy grew-up-on-a-farm type guy and he installed no problem. Added a couple panels of fence from Lowes on either side to fit the opening how we wanted (it matches Lowes fencing panels flawlessly). The gate has held up to kids swinging on it, a super cold and wet winter and blazing hot summer - finish still looks perfect. It saved us a lot of money and looks great - get a lot of compliments on it. It was missing a pair of hinges when it came, but after a call to let seller know the missing hinges were rush delivered. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This pump was much less expensive to purchase online than through my local pool store. The pump was the exact model for several hundred dollars less. The pump was easy to install and has been working fantastically. The pool stays clean and the pump works efficiently. The cord on the pump had a locking plug, so if this is not the type of outlet you have, you might have to consult with an electrician. Also, be aware that the cord is very short at only 2-3 feet long.

Grizzly H6287 Mini Pallet Jack, 10-Pound Review

So a few words of caution. This is a very small unit and it had trouble with proper skids. Secondly, it's missing a pin (whole an pin) to keep an important peace in place. When this peace falls out, and it will, the unit cannot be raised. Our solution has been to tape it in place until we get it modified to work.

The second, is only a comment on delivery, I don't normally state this in reviews but it will be helpful. We had to pay $35 extra to get a truck to deliver the item with a lift gate. This extra charge ultimately was never required as the company who delivered this said they are told on all shipments to deliver with a lift gate truck, so it would seem we paid extra to get something we would have got included. That doesn't effect my star rating of this product.

I really do think this is just a 3 star unit, the part missing to keep it together and the difficulty on full pallets makes it a challenge. Otherwise it's been working without breaking for 3 months.

We remodeled our master bathroom and had a custom vanity made. We selected a piece of limestone as the countertop material. We wanted a more masculine look so we selected the Tresham sinks and installed the Moen Kingsley faucets (in chrome). The sinks are much larger than they seem, even after seeing them in a showroom and checking he dimensions/specifications. What bothers me the most is the considerable amount of porcelain that extends ABOVE the countertop. It's almost 2 inches. The sink bowl is rectangular. When the faucet is installed, the sink is basically divided into two equal halves. If you are accustomed to having open space between the faucet and the front of the sink, you will be in for a rude awakening. You have to dodge to either side of the faucet. Frankly, if I could do this remodel over again, I would NEVER use a drop in, above counter sink. Go with the undermount.

I just bought this sink and I Iove it. It is sturdy, large and looks great. I switched out a stainless steel 2 sink from 1955 for this single one.Only had it 2 days but already love it. Washed several large pots, glasses and silverware. Did not scratch or dent. The gauge seems fine. I would highly recommend this sink to anyone that wants to seriously dress up their kitchen. You will love it !

My only complaint is the clips are really thin and cheap. We had a heck of a time getting them to stay in place without slipping off. This may be normal for sinks these days, I do not know. But that would be my only issue.

Pfister F53470SS Parisa Single Control Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet , Stainless Steel Review

We bought this unit based on manufacturer reputation (parent co. is Black & Decker) and style and functionality.

Within weeks, it developed a leak around the spray, water was dribbling out the side and gets your hand wet. I called Price Pfister, to their credit, the call was promptly answered and they mailed me a entirely new spray & hose assembly - no charge, without asking for receipts or put up other impediments.

The replacement spray has operated flawlessly for over 2 years now.

What is distressing is the construction of this faucet. The body of the unit is plastic, the 'stainless steel' is but a thin coating. We dropped a butter knife on the base plate, damaged the surface exposing the plastic. The nick is the size of a pin head, but the stainless skin is starting to peel. So the nick is growing.

Let's face it, though it was our fault, this kind of accident do happen in a kitchen. When we replace this faucet, we will not look at another Price Pfister product again.

Summarizing: Good design, good service, but impractically fragile product.
