The SR90 Intimidator Search and Rescue flashlight is a high-tech light which incorporates a powerful Luminus SST-90 LED with an average life span of 50,000 hours. The SR90 Intimidator is included in a 3-part, Search and Rescue series of flashlights including the SR50, SR90, and SR91. The SR90 Intimidator is the brightest of the lights in this series and features a smooth reflector, providing a streamlined clean source of light to reach long distances in the rescue capacity (max 1000m throw). This light is used for extreme search and rescue situations and can be used to spot targets from a hovering helicopter. All SR-series lights use an easy-to-access side click-switch for momentary output: single press of switch activates light; quick double press activates strobe features; press and hold switch for three seconds to cycle through the 2 brightness levels (high/low). Tactically important, the SR-series light memorizes and conveniently returns the instrument to the last light setting used each time you power-on. Lastly, the SR-90 light features a digital power meter located at the end of the light to indicate remaining battery life. Every SR-series Search and Rescue light is built using long-lasting and replaceable O-ring seals that provide incredibly high water resistance (tested to an ocean depth of 70 feet) and reliability in the most extreme conditions. Each SR-series light boasts an aircraft-grade aluminum body with Type III hard anodizing and features an ergonomic design with anti-slip knurled finish for firm grip and easy operation. The multi-ring slot design disperses heat to protect the LED and the light's internal electrical components. Each flashlight is built to meet or exceed the exacting Mil-spec (MIL-STD-810F).
