When I checked the product for any damage it was packed so well they could not be any damage. The instructions for installing the door where good but like anything else, needed some additional information to install it. They customer service for Dreamline was outstanding. They answered every question I had an then some.

The door is 3/8 of an inch thick so it is heavy enough to make for a great product and also looks great after it is hung. All of the products and the fasteners are number and individually packed so if you can read directions you should be able to install this door.

Although I am a contractor by trade, it was very easy to install this door and hardware. This door does have two glass shelves that hold up the top end of the fixed glass, so having everything square and plum are a must when installing the door. They do give you a chance to square up an opening if it is not plum but I did not have to worry about that.

The door itself is heavy, but installs nicely. I would recommend two people to carry and hang the door because it does weigh 75lbs by itself, but other than that I would buy another Dreamline door in a heartbeat.

And if you compare the cost of the door to having someone install one for you the difference is astronomical. Thank you Amazon for your continued great customer service on everything I have purchased from you.
