I only ever received one package containing a clear plastic frame. There where no orbs included. Obviously I sent it back. I cannot comment on how the lamp would look put together, but I can say that the frame did not look as crisp and clear as I would have liked and if that translates to the orbs as well I suspect it might look kind of cheap. I decided to go with a real crystal chandelier instead.
