I have purchased a few products from Rinnai. I really like the engineering and construction. This company is expert in designing heat transfer products. They are very easy to install, any handy man can do it. I did have a couple of technical issues, which I did get resolved. The only thing I was disappointed in was Rinnai customer service. I was not impressed. This is the reason I deducted the 2 stars. If it were a product review alone, I'd rate is 4 stars. But customer service is the makings of many companies. Those companies that do a bad job at customer service do so at their peril.
