The Liberty Pump 405� is a 1/2HP pre-assembled commercial high head drain pump with a basin. The Liberty Pump 405 commercial high-head drain pumps come equipped with a float switch that has a piggyback plug for temporary manual operation of the pump. This drain-pump has 2" connections and 3/8" solids-handling capabilities. The Liberty 405 Drain Pumps are specifically designed for higher head applications such as commercial and industrial buildings, where higher temperature drain water (up to 180� F.) may be used. These drain pumps are applicable to bar sinks, laundry trays, dehumidifiers, utility sinks and gray wastewater drainage below gravity lines.

I bought and installed this unit maybe 3 years ago to go into a new apartment kitchen where the slab was concrete and really had no way of installing a drain line.
I put in a full kitchen and used this 405 pump to pump drainage up to the 2nd floor drain system. Wow, absolutly silent operation and very professionally made.. I might add, IN THE USA.
BTW - my renters don't even know it is there.
