First of all this product is at the end of its product line life. If you can find one then this water heater is supposed to be one of the best you can buy in its category of standard no frills water heaters. Three inches of insulation, two magnesium anode rods, and two 5500w elements. You will need around 10 guage wire and at least a 30A fuse to run this puppy. You will not find this combination of quality of appliance in most regular big box stores. That being said, I cannot give this product its due review because the shipping of the product was outrageous. The product was severely dented, but I needed it and had to hook it up. Update: Amazon helped fix the situation with the inadequate shipping damages by giving me some credits. Amazon knows customer service. The water heater is holding up. It is set at 125 degrees and pumps out hot water indefinitely as my family is quite small. My old water heater was working overtime to heat water so I saw a noticeable difference in the electric bill. I have seen a minimum of $10 reduction each month that I can attribute to this machine.
